Flying
We suggest you to book a flight with destination: Brussels Airport (Zaventem) because this is the main airport. At Brussels Airport someone from the congress organization will assist you to take the train to Ostend (2 hours ride). At the railway station in Ostend a shuttle bus will await you and drive you to the Thermae Palace Hotel (the congress location).
 
If your flight to Belgium does not land at Brussels Airport (Zaventem) but in another airport (for example Brussels South Charleroi Airport – a small regional airport) we ask you to buy a special “bulk ticket” at the airport (outside the terminal, door 2, the desk  near bus stop). This ticket includes the bus ride from the airport to the railway station Charleroi Sud as well as the train ride to the railway station Ostend. At this station a shuttle bus will await you and drive you to the Thermae Palace Hotel in Ostend (the congress location).
 
On  the registration form you are asked to mention your flight number and time of arrival and departure. If you do not have booked your flight at time of congress registration, you can add this information later on.
 
The attendees of the precongress, which takes place in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, are also asked to go to Brussels Airport (Zaventem) and take the shuttle bus to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourgh (3 hours drive). The bus leaves at 3 p.m. so make sure that your  flight lands in Brussels Airport before 2 p.m.
 
By train
If you are taking the train to Belgium we ask you to take the train to the railway station Ostend. At this station a shuttle bus will await you and drive you to the Thermae Palace Hotel in Ostend (the congress location).
 
By car
Thermae Palace Hotel is easy to reach by car.
 
As you drive into Ostend, you will come across the Kennedy roundabout. Turn left heading towards “Middelkerke”. Continue along up “Elisabethlaan” and “Northlaan” until you come across the Media Center (at your left). Here, turn right into “Troonstraat” which you continue on up until you see the hotel, located on your left.  Thermae Palace has its own car park, accommodating 200 motor vehicles.
