Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, please notify the congress office by email: info@ifaj2010.org. In case of cancellation the following policy will be applied:

- Cancellations received before January 31, 2010: 90% refund (10% handling fee)
- Cancellations received between January 31, 2010 and April 1, 2010: 50% refund (50% handling fee)
- Cancellations received after April 1, 2010 will not be entitle to any refund.

In case of cancellation, you will have to give your credit card information to the IFAJ2010 congress secretariat in order to get refunded. All approved refunds will be processed and issued 14 days after receiving the required information.
